TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms govern your use of americancashadvance.net. American Cash Advance ("American Cash Advance", "ACA", "we", "us", "our") has served Louisiana and Mississippi since 2001 and operates 43 branches across the two states.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. This is not your loan agreement
Read this section even if you read nothing else.
This website is where you find out about us and start a conversation. It is not where you borrow money.
A loan is made at a branch, in person, on paperwork you sign there. That signed agreement, together with the disclosures we give you with it, is the only document that sets what you owe, when you owe it, and what it costs. Nothing on this website changes it, adds to it, or takes anything away from it.
If something on this website ever conflicts with your signed loan agreement, your signed loan agreement is the one that counts.
2. Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old.
Our products are offered to residents of Louisiana and Mississippi at the branches listed on this site. You are welcome to read the site from anywhere, but the products described here are not offered outside the states where we are licensed, and nothing on the site is an offer to lend where we are not licensed to do so.
You are responsible for anything done through this site using your device or your details.
3. What this site does, and what it does not do
It does:
- Explain the loans we offer and which branches offer them
- List our branches with addresses, hours and phone numbers
- Let you send us a message
- Let you start a loan application so that a branch can call you back
- Let you apply for a job with us
- Publish general articles about money
It does not:
- Give you a loan decision
- Approve, decline or price a loan
- Hold accounts, balances or logins
- Take loan payments or any other payment
- Complete a loan
There is no account to create here and no money changes hands here.
4. Starting an application
If you complete the application form on this site, you are asking a branch to contact you. That is all it is.
Sending it does not approve you for anything, does not oblige us to lend to you, and does not oblige you to borrow. Somebody from the branch you selected will call you during business hours to continue the conversation. A decision is made when a person at that branch reviews a complete application, and the loan is finished in person.
When you send us an application you are telling us that the information in it is true, correct and complete, and that you are the person named in it. If you give us information that is false, we can decline the application on that basis alone.
If you give us somebody else's details as a reference or as a relative, you are confirming that you have their permission to do so.
Do not send us your Social Security number, your account numbers, a photograph of your ID or any other sensitive document through this website or by email. We do not ask for those online, and we do not need them to call you back. Bring them to the branch.
5. The loan calculator and any other estimate on this site
Any calculator, example figure or illustration on this site is there to give you a rough idea. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a promise of anything.
Your actual amount, fee, rate, term and payment schedule depend on the state you borrow in, the branch you borrow from, the product you take, and what your completed application shows. They are set out in the disclosures and the agreement you receive at the branch, and nowhere else.
Where an estimate on this site and the rate and fee information on our Rates and Terms pages disagree, the Rates and Terms pages are the ones to rely on. Where the Rates and Terms pages and your signed agreement disagree, your signed agreement is the one to rely on.
6. Rates, terms and what each branch offers
What we can lend, and on what terms, is set by state law and differs between Louisiana and Mississippi. Our Louisiana lending is regulated by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions. Our Mississippi lending is regulated by the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance.
Not every branch offers every product. Payday advances are available at all of our branches. Signature loans and title loans are offered only at the branches named on those product pages. If a page describes a product, that does not mean your nearest branch carries it. The branch pages and the product pages tell you which branches do.
Rates, fees, terms, products and branch details can change. We update the site when they do, but the information you are given at the branch is the current information.
7. Articles and general information
The articles on this site are general information about managing money. They are written for a broad audience and they do not take account of your circumstances.
They are not financial, legal, tax or credit advice, and reading them does not create any advisory relationship between us. Before you make a decision that matters, speak to somebody qualified to advise you on your own situation.
8. Our content
The content on this website is owned by us and our licensors. That includes the text, the photographs, the graphics, the layout, the American Cash Advance name and our logo.
You are welcome to read it, print a page for your own use, and share a link to it. You may not copy any content, including images, without our consent, and you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected to you.
Anything you send us through this site, other than your personal information, which is dealt with in our Privacy Policy, we may use for any lawful purpose.
9. How you may not use this site
Do not:
- Send us false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Apply in somebody else's name, or use somebody else's details
- Use the site to break the law or to help somebody else break it
- Copy, scrape or harvest content, branch data or contact details, whether by hand or by software
- Submit forms automatically, in bulk, or through any script or service
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or system that is not open to the public
- Introduce anything malicious, or interfere with how the site works for anybody else
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise take apart any part of the site
We may block access to the site, refuse an application, and report the matter, if we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.
10. Other websites and services
This site links to places we do not run, including map services, review platforms, social media and the sites of our partner locations in Alabama and Tennessee. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control them or check what is on them.
Once you follow a link away from this site, these terms stop applying and the other site's terms take over. Read them.
The Alabama and Tennessee locations listed on this site are partner locations. If you select one of them on an application, your details go to that location so it can contact you. Any loan you take there is made by that location on its own terms, under the law of that state, and the pages of this site that describe our Louisiana and Mississippi products do not describe what it offers.
11. Third-party services on this site
This site uses services provided by other companies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Our Privacy Policy explains what they collect and how you can limit it.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, where it comes from, who sees it and what you can ask us to do about it. It forms part of these terms. Please read it.
13. Contacting you, and electronic records
When you give us your phone number or email address on this site, you are asking us to use them to reach you about what you sent. Our Privacy Policy explains how to stop marketing contact.
You agree that we may give you notices, disclosures and other information about your use of this website electronically, and that an electronic record of what you submitted has the same effect as one on paper. This does not affect any right you have to receive loan disclosures in a particular form. Those rights come from your loan agreement and from the law, and nothing here reduces them.
14. Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everybody, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or other assistive technology.

15. The site itself
We try to keep this site accurate, current and available, and we cannot promise that it always will be.
Content may go out of date between updates. Branch details, hours and product availability can change before the page does. The site may be unavailable while we maintain it, or because of something outside our control.
To the fullest extent the law allows, this website and everything on it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, American Cash Advance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, or out of any inability to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your rights under your loan agreement or under state and federal consumer protection law. Those rights stand on their own.
17. Indemnity
If you use this site in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur because of it.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
This clause governs the website. It does not decide the law that applies to your loan, which is set by your loan agreement and by the law of the state in which you borrowed.
19. If part of these terms does not hold
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest stays in force.
20. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we post the revised version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after that means the revised terms apply to you. Check the date if you want to know whether anything has moved.
21. A warning about people pretending to be us
We do not use third-party collection agencies. If somebody contacts you claiming to collect a debt for American Cash Advance, read the fraud notice on our Contact page before you give them anything, and call us on the number below if you are unsure.
